It differs from day-to-day spoken English in a variety of ways including the use of specialized vocabulary, syntactic constructions, and set phrases such as <a href="page.php?w=legal_doublet">legal doublet</a>s.</p>

<p>Legal English has traditionally been the preserve of lawyers from <a href="page.php?w=List_of_countries_where_English_is_an_official_language">English-speaking countries</a>.</p><p>
