Narcís Monturiol i Estarriol (; 28 September 1819 - 6 September 1885) was a Spanish lawyer, artist, journalist, newspaper publisher and engineer born in Figueres, Catalonia. He was the inventor of the first air-independent and combustion-engine-driven submarine.
