Hailed as one of the most prolific R&B songwriters and producers ever, Bell found success crafting songs for the <a href="page.php?w=The_Delfonics">Delfonics</a>, the <a href="page.php?w=The_Stylistics">Stylistics</a>, and the <a href="page.php?w=The_Spinners_%28American_R%26B_group%29">Spinners</a>.
