<p>A <b>zero-hour contract</b> is a type of <a href="page.php?w=employment_contract">employment contract</a> in <a href="page.php?w=United_Kingdom_labour_law">United Kingdom labour law</a> between an employer and an employee, under which the employer is not obliged to provide any minimum number of working hours to the employee.</p>
