<p><b>Corporeal mime</b> is a <a href="page.php?w=physical_theater">physical theater</a> technique developed by <a href="page.php?w=%C3%89tienne_Decroux">Étienne Decroux</a>. The goal of the technique is to place drama inside the moving human body, rather than to substitute gesture for speech as in mime (sometimes called <a href="page.php?w=Mime_artist">pantomime</a>).</p>
