<p>The <b>dorsolateral prefrontal cortex</b> (<b>dlPFC</b> or <b>DLPFC</b>) is an area in the <a href="page.php?w=prefrontal_cortex">prefrontal cortex</a> of the <a href="page.php?w=primate">primate</a> brain. It is one of the most recently derived parts of the human brain. It undergoes a prolonged period of maturation which lasts into adulthood.
