<p><b>Minimum wage law</b> is the body of law which prohibits employers from hiring employees or workers for less than a given hourly, daily or monthly <a href="page.php?w=minimum_wage">minimum wage</a>. More than 90% of all countries have some kind of minimum wage legislation.</p>
